“When you speak up at work, do you feel like your opinion is being valued?” That’s one of the 20 questions that SurveyMonkey recently asked in their survey of approximately 10,000 people about belonging and inclusion in the workplace conducted with Paradigm Strategies. It’s also one of the key questions that reflected how men and women experience the workplace differently.

Their findings are fascinating and provide actionable insights for both employers and employees, as Sarah Cho, Director of Research at SurveyMonkey explained in this insightful interview with host Joan Michelson.
